We NEVER ask our customers to send data to us over the internet/via email. This can be intercepted and read. If you need to send us details about your new implementation, perhaps claimant information, we will ask you to upload this through our secure customer portal.

Triple Metric Employee Vetting
When employees join Software Europe we perform a Criminal Record, Credit History and CV Validation check regardless of their role.

Triple Factor Authentication
We validate three user elements to ensure access is only granted to those with the appropriate credentials. Our user management system offers a wide range of access control functions including password change and password strength settings that you control.
